Seatbelt Charge Laid At RIDE
(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 7th, 2011 at 11:49 am, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting RIDE on Durham Street, Kincardine. A Black Honda stopped at the checkpoint and officers noticed that the driver wasn’t wearing a seat belt. 50 year old Robert MILLAR of Tiverton was charged with Fail to wear seatbelt.
