Overnight November 3-4, 2012 Guelph Police conducted several RIDE spot checks at various locations in the City of Guelph where 620 vehicles were stopped. The approved screening device was used 11 times, and one driver was arrested. Jonathan POULIOT 34 years of Guelph was charged with Drive Over and will appear in court in November.
