(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continue to investigate a motor vehicle collision that occurred at the intersection of Perth Road 131 and Line 61 on December 25, 2016. This collision involved a horse drawn buggy and a Volkswagon car.
The 17 year-old passenger from the buggy remains in critical, but stable condition. The horse was not injured in this collision.
