At approximately 4:30 on March 4th, police received information regarding a black Mazda that was parked and running on Wyndham Street with its driver asleep at the wheel. Police arrived and attempted to awake the male to speak with him, which led to the man being arrested for impaired care and control of a motor vehicle. When the male was transported to the station for additional testing, those results led to a further charge of care and control of a motor vehicle- over 80mgs.
