2. Accept or Amend Agenda THAT the Police Services Board hereby accept the Agenda for the April 18, 2017 Police Services Board Meeting, as printed.
3. Declaration of Pecuniary Interest
4. Reading of the Minutes from the Previous Meeting THAT the Police Services Board hereby adopts the Minutes of the Meeting held March 21, 2017, as printed and circulated.
5. Delegations/Petitions/Invited Guests
6. Business Arising from the Minutes (a) Review of Board Policies. (b) Police Chief Evaluation.
7. Police Chief’s Report (a) Department Update – April 2017. THAT the Board hereby approves the Police Chief’s Report as presented.
8. Treasury Report (a) Bills & Accounts That the Board hereby authorizes and approves payment of the Bills and Accounts in the total amount of $10,526.08 for the period ending April 13, 2017 as supported by the Secretary-Treasurer’s list of vouchers.
9. By-laws and Policies for Consideration
10. Correspondence (a) OAPSB i) 55th Annual AGM & Spring Conference – June 21-24, 2017. THAT the correspondence be ordered, read and filed.

In Camera Session i) Personnel Matter THAT the North Huron Police Service Board hereby proceed into Closed Session in order to address financial or personal matters of other matters of such a nature that the desirability of avoiding their disclosure in the interest of any person affected or in the public interest outweighs the desirability of adhering to the principle that proceedings be open to the public. THAT the North Huron Police Services Board hereby moves out of Closed Session and returns to open session. AND FURTHER THAT direction given to staff in the In Camera Session is hereby approved.
15. Next Meeting: Tuesday, May 16, 2017, 7:00 p.m. – Police Station Board Room.
