(SAUGEEN TWP, ON) – On April 21, 2017 at 3:43 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 21 and Concession 2, Saugeen Township. Officers attended with members of Saugeen Shores Police and Bruce County paramedics to find a Blue Ford F150 pick-up truck and a Grey Volkswagen Jetta involved in the crash.
The driver of the Ford pick-up, 35-year-old Michael MERLE of St. Jude, Quebec, was charged with fail to stop for stop sign.
The driver of the Jetta had minor injuries assessed at a local hospital.
