(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On April 27, 2017 at 4:04 p.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male driver who was operating a 2007 silver Nissan while impaired on 6 Highway near Everatt Side Road, in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
Upon speaking with the driver, police found the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to the Bruce Peninsula OPP Detachment in Wiarton for breath tests, in which he failed.
Tanner HUEHN, age 27, from Tobermory, has been charged with impaired driving and over 80 milligrams. His vehicle was impounded and his driver’s licence suspended. He is required to appear before the Owen Sound Court of Justice on May 11, 2017 to answer to the charges.
