(MILDMAY, ON) – On May 5, 2017 at 10:54 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a property damage report for the intersection of Highway 9 and Absalom Street in Mildmay. Sometime between 5:00 p.m. on May 2, 2017 and 12:00 p.m. on May 4, 2017, the traffic light pole at the northwest corner of the intersection was damaged. The cost for the repairs on the light pole is estimated to be $20,000.
