(TOWN OF ST.MARYS, ON) – On Saturday July 8, 2017 Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified by alert citizens of a suspicious person observed at Milt Dunnell Field (The Flats) in the Town of St. Marys at approximately 6:00 p.m. that same day.
Investigation by officers resulted in the arrest of a male party who was breaching a court prohibition order. The accused had been using a white colored, early model motor home in the park area.
47 year-old John LACROIX of Stratford has been charged with Fail to Comply with Prohibition regarding children contrary to the Criminal Code.
Police are looking to speak to anyone who may have been approached or had contact with this male party to contact investigators.
