An Owen Sound Police Officer was on foot patrol in the downtown when he located three males going through a vehicle. Two 15 year olds and one 16 year old were arrested on scene for the offence of theft. Incident to arrest two of the males were found to be in possession of a control substance. The owner of the vehicle was located and the stolen property recovered.
The males were later released into the custody of their parents. All males were charged with theft while two of the three were further charged with possession of a controlled substance. The young persons were given an August court date.
