(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has been advised of an ongoing issue at the leash free dog park at 930 Glengarry Crescent in Fergus.
Complainants are advising of locating potentially biohazardous materials being carelessly discarded by humans in the parking areas of the park.
The OPP will be increasing their patrols of this area in the evening hours to promote community safety. Anyone who observes suspicious or unwanted activity in the area is encouraged to call police with information.
