(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On September 15, 2017 at approximately 11:55 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of dispute between two neighbours on Elizabeth Street, Harriston.
Investigation revealed that the suspect and victim have been involved in an ongoing dispute. In this incident the suspect attended at the residence of the victim and uttered a threat to him thru a rear window. The suspect then removed a portion of the window at which point the victim called police.
34-year-old John Werner REED of Harriston has been charged with Utter threats, Mischief and Fail to Comply with Probation. He was arrested and held for bail court
