Daytime Break And Enter

(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On October 10, 2017, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a daytime residential break and enter.

The investigation, thus far, has revealed that culprit(s) attended a residential property on Elgin Road.

Once on the property, culprit(s) trespassed, and accessed the interior of the home by breaching the rear door. A variety of items were stolen, including 2 portable computers, jewelry and a small amount of cash.

Residents of Middlesex County are reminded to immediately report suspicious vehicles and persons to police by calling 9-1-1.

The Elgin-Middlesex Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) is investigating.
