(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On December 20, 2017 at approximately 3:41 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a Township of Southgate man after it was alleged that he had violated the conditions of his release from custody on December 15, 2017 with respect to a criminal harassment offence.
It was found that the male, who was not to have any contact with his ex-spouse, texted the victim multiple times and attended the victim’s residence in the Township of Southgate on December 19th.
Following an investigation, police arrested and charged the 38-year old male with breach of recognizance and two counts of criminal harassment. He was held for a bail hearing scheduled for December 21, 2017.
