(HURON COUNTY, ON) – Yesterday morning just before 9:00 a.m. members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were called to a residential address on Airport Line to assist with a well-being check of the occupants.
Upon arrival, police located two deceased adults on the property.
Investigators believe 90-year-old Grant TRIEBNER sustained a medical event which contributed to his death. He was found just inside an open barn on the property.
At some point later, 83-year-old Ada TRIEBNER went to check on her husband however she ultimately fell victim to the extreme environmental conditions and was found outside on the property.
The Huron County OPP Crime Unit assisted the coroner’s office with this death investigation.
Foul play is not suspected.
The family is seeking privacy at this time as they deal with the loss of their loved ones.
