North Huron Public Works Building Broken Into – BOLO Stolen Stihl Chainsaws MS660 & MS661CM

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a break, enter and theft of two chainsaws stolen from a North Huron public works building located on Belgrave Road.

Police officers were alerted to the theft the morning of January 4, 2018 after an employee arrived at the premise to find someone had entered into the building sometime overnight.

Upon inspection of the building it was revealed two Stihl chainsaws were stolen. One of the stolen chainsaws was an older model orange and white MS660 with a 36 inch bar and the other was a brand new model MS661CM with a 32 inch bar.

Police suspect entry into the building was through an insecure door.
