(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On February 1, 2018 at approximately 11:46 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Southgate Road 22 between Grey Road 14 and Southgate Sideroad 13 in the Township of Southgate after the driver of the pick-up truck was found to be disqualified from driving.
A 46-year old Southgate man was arrested and charged with two counts of Driving While Disqualified. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on March 15, 2018.
His vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
