(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST GREY, ON) – On February 2, 2018 at approximately 3:08 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision between two passenger vehicles on Highway 6 at Grey Road 6 in the Municipality of West Grey.
Investigation found that a Toyota passenger vehicle was travelling southbound on Highway 6 when a Subaru vehicle proceeded to make a left turn onto the highway from Grey Road 6 which resulted in a collision.
The two sole occupants in the Toyota, a 53-year old male and a 54-year old female from Quebec, were transported to hospital where they were treated for minor injuries and released.
The driver of the Subaru, 85-year old Donald BENSON of London, was charged with Fail to Yield to Traffic on Through Highway under the Highway Traffic Act.
