(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On March 28, 2018, at approximately 4:00 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious collision on County 7 and Sideroad 4, Township of Centre Wellington.
OPP, Centre Wellington Fire and Rescue along with Guelph Wellington Paramedics Service attended the scene where a four door sedan and motorcycle had collided. The male driver of the motorcycle was transported by Guelph Wellington Paramedic Services with life threatening injuries and pronounced deceased at the hospital. The driver of the car was not injured.
The deceased has been identified as 42-year-old Darren SUSZCZYNSKI of Fergus.
County 7 was closed between First and Second Line for several hours but has since reopened. Wellington County OPP and the Technical Collision Investigators continue to investigate this incident.
