(INGERSOLL, ON) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid charges after a lengthy investigation which began after police were called to an Ingersoll residence in September, 2016.
OPP responded to the Cross Street residence shortly after 8:45 p.m. on September 7, 2016 to a report of a suspicious male who was observed peering into a bathroom window. The female victim, who was 17-years-of-age at the time of the incident, observed the male and immediately contacted police.
On March 25, 2018, OPP arrested and charged one male suspect in relation to this incident.
David KAMENAR, 37-years-of-age, of Malahide Township, was charged with Voyeurism, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He was released on an Officer in Charge Undertaking and Promise to Appear with a May 2018 court date.
