(WALKERTON, ON) – On November 3, 2013 at 1:37 am, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Jackson Street in Walkerton when a Blue Mitsubishi Lancer stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 34 year old Chad FARRELL of Brockton was charge for Novice driver blood alcohol above zero.
