(NORTH PERTH, ON) – While conducting traffic enforcement on May 19, 2018, a member of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a suspended driver in the Municipality of North Perth.
The male driver was stopped shortly before 2:00 a.m. in the area of Village Avenue for a traffic violation, and through investigation was determined to be a suspended driver.
Twenty-one-year old Ryan PAKULA of Brantford was charged with driving while under suspension.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to speak to the charges.
