The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following a shoplifting incident yesterday in Chatham.
Around 2:30 p.m. yesterday, a man was observed concealing merchandise in a bag in his cart while at a business on St. Clair Street. Store security detained the man until officers arrived on scene.
Nathan Killins, 36 years, of St. Clair Road in Chatham Township was arrested and charged with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000. He was released pending a future court date.
