The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
On March 28, 2009, police responded to an attempt break and enter on Wiltshire Drive and another similar incident on Delaware Avenue in Chatham. Forensic evidence was seized from both scenes and through investigation, the youth responsible was identified. A warrant for his arrest was subsequently issued.
Around 8:30 p.m. last night, the 20-year-old Windsor man was arrested. He has been charged with attempt to commit an indictable offence x2 and mischief under $5000 x2. He was released pending a future court date.
