On November 8th 2013, at approximately 2:35pm a male entered the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce location at 27 King St. N. Waterloo. The male approached a teller and demanded money. The suspect advised he had a weapon but none was seen. The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction of travel.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as a white male, 50 years of age, 5’10, average build, short hair, unshaven, wearing a dark coloured baseball cap and a gray hooded sweater. Photos are attached below.
