On November 18, 2013 the Sarnia Police arrested Kenneth Neufeld on the strength of a warrant issued out of Guelph. Neufeld, 32 years of Guelph, was placed on the fugitive files on November 8, 2013. He will appear in bail court in Guelph on November 19, 2013 to face the charges of assault with a weapon, three counts of assault and two counts of uttering death threat.
