Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police Service have arrested an 18 year old man as a result of an investigation into the fatal hit and run death of Jordan GILLIS that occurred in Waterloo on October 20th, 2013.
The18 year old man from Brampton will appear in court on November 17th, 2013 where he will be formally charged with Criminal Negligence Causing Death and Fail to Remain.
A vehicle has been seized in connection to this incident and is being held for forensic analysis.
The Waterloo Regional Police Service would like to thank the members of the community for their assistance and support during this investigation.
