(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section (SACA) investigation into an incident on November 2, 2013 has determined that the sexual assault did not occur in a local taxi cab and that the suspect was not a taxi driver.
The SACA investigation continues. There is no suspect description available at this time.
