(CHESLEY, ON) – On November 19, 2013 at 9:54 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a copper wire theft from a construction site along 3rd street North west in Chesley. Sometime between 6:00 pm on November 18, 2013 and 9:00 am on November 19, 2013 a section of fence was cut and copper wire was removed in 5’ sections. The value of the stolen copper is estimated to be around $30. There is no estimate on the repairs to the fence at this time.
