(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in solving the violent robbery of a delivery driver.
On November 19, 2013, at approximately 7:45 pm, a driver attempted to make a food delivery along the 100 block of Ritchie Street. When the driver arrived at the unit, he learned the occupants had not placed a food order. He was then approached by two suspects, who made a demand for money. The victim attempted to flee but was chased down and assaulted. The victim suffered serious injuries including broken facial bones. He has since been released from hospital.
At this time, suspect descriptions are limited. The Robbery Unit is seeking to identify two suspects:
#1-Caucasian male, 5-4(163 cm)
