(HURON EAST, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has closed a section of Newry Road (County Road #16) between Brussels Line and McDonald Line due to a jackknifed tractor trailer across the roadway. Police responded to the single motor vehicle collision just after 12:00 p.m.. The driver of the transport trailer was transported to hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.
The roadway will be closed until the vehicle is safely removed. To avoid travel delays please use alternate roadways.
