(WALKERTON, ON) – On December 1st, 2010 at 8:13 am, a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol along Yonge Street in Walkerton when a vehicle was observed with an expired validation sticker on the licence plate. 35 year old Gregory BENNINGER of Ayton was charged with Drive motor vehicle, no current validation.
Motorists are reminded that the expiry for most validation stickers is on the birthday of the registered owner of the vehicle. A driver found operating a vehicle with expired validation is subject to a roadside fine of $110.
