On December 2, 2013 at 2:38 a.m. the Guelph Police attended to a residence on King Street when the homeowners called to report a male in their home. It is alleged that the intoxicated male had entered through an unlocked rear door. The male was still in the home when police arrived and he was arrested. It was also discovered that he had been spitting on the floor of the home prior to police arrival.
A 32-year-old Guelph man has been charged with unlawfully in a dwelling, mischief under and three counts of breach probation. He has been held in custody and will appear in bail court on December 2, 2013.
