(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 29, 2013 at 6:07 am, an alarm was received from the Knotty Pine restaurant along Broadway Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived on scene and identified that the business had been forcibly entered. Investigation lead officers to a residence where the suspect was arrested. 18 year old James MERRITT of Kincardine has been charged with Mischief to property and Break and enter. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for November 29, 2013 at 10:00 am.
