On December 3, 2013, at 2:20 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop on Gordon Street and Heritage Drive. The male driver was spoken too and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. The male failed the roadside and was subsequently arrested.
Mark D’AGUIAR, 34 years of Oshawa has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on December 17, 2013.
