(GREENOCK TWP, ON) – On December 9th, 2010 at 2:27 pm, an OPP West Region Highway Safety member stopped a pick up truck on County Road 20 in Greenock Township because the licence plate was partly covered. While speaking with the driver, the officer discovered that the man had been drinking alcohol.
53 year old James MCDONALD of Cargill has been charged with Drive over 80 mgs, Driving while under suspension and Driving with liquor readily available. MCDONALD is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on January 25th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
