(HURON TWP, ON) – ON December 10th, 2010 at 11:30 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol observed a pick up truck moving at a high rate of speed. The truck was stopped on Boiler Beach Road in Huron Township and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 30 year old Scott PAULUSSE of Kincardine has been charged with Fail to provide breath sample. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on February 28th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
