(SOUTH HURON, ON) – A 25 year old male driver from South Huron will have to attend Provincial Offences Court following a traffic stop on December 9, 2013. At approximately 4:40 p.m. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Dodge Dakota pickup truck on Huron Street at Elimville Line. Officers noted the validation sticker displayed on the licence plate was expired in 2010. Upon speaking with the driver he informed the officers that his driver’s licence was currently under suspension. After further questioning the driver admitted there wasn’t insurance coverage on the vehicle.
As a result, 25 year old Jordan DUESLING from South Huron has been charged with Drive While under Suspension, Operate Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Drive Motor Vehicle with no Validation on Plate. His court appearance is scheduled for January 21, 2014 at Ontario Provincial Offences Court in Goderich.
