(TEESWATER, ON.) – Members of the South Bruce County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit under the direction of Detective Inspector S. Thomson from the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating reports alleging that a still-born child was buried in the back yard of a Teeswater home in 2005.
Members of the OPP Forensic Investigation Unit have completed a search of the property and no human remains were located. The investigation is continuing.
This incident is isolated and public safety has not been compromised.
