(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Section is investigating an incident of shots fired outside, in the 300 block of York Street on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at approx. 2:30 am.
Officers located a total of four casings. Investigators have no suspect information at this time.
