Barrie Police were called to a Ferndale St address for a report of an unwanted guest.
Police arrived and found a 36 year old male packing up his belongings and preparing to move out of the residence.
Upon investigation, it was learned the suspect had recently been released from custody and was under a recognizance order to reside at a separate address.
However, the suspect had moved a month ago and did not notify the Courts of his new address.
The male was arrested for failing to comply with his recognzance and transported to the Barrie Police Service where he was held for a bail hearing.
