On December 26, 2013, at 10:16 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to a Bathgate Drive residence to investigate a break and enter. It is alleged that sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. the culprit(s) used a spare key that was located in the mailbox to open the front door. The residents were home and asleep during this incident. A theft of alcohol is reported.
