On December 30, 2013 at 3:16 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop on College Avenue East. Investigation revealed that the male was breaching two counts of his probation order. Further investigation discovered a small amount of cocaine.
A 29-year-old Guelph male has been charged with two counts of breaching his probation and possession of a controlled substance (CDSA). He will appear in bail court on December 30, 2013.
