Date: Sunday, December 29, 2013 – 6:30pm
On December 29, 2013 at 6:30 pm, Barrie Police received a call from a victim to a north end residence regarding a domestic disturbance which occurred on December 21, 2013. Officers attended and commenced an investigation which revealed the victim had been assaulted and approximately 20 holes were punched into the dry wall of the family home.
Officers later located the suspect a 42 year old Barrie resident, he was subsequently arrested and held for a bail hearing.
The victim did not require medical treatment for her injuries.
