(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On January 9th, 2011 at 3:24 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP set up a R.I.D.E. check point on Highway 9, where the snow mobile trail crosses, in Kincardine Township. At 3:52 pm, an Arctic Cat snow mobile stopped at the R.I.D.E. without registration numbers. 20 year old Kyle STUCKLESS of Kincardine has been charged with Fail to display registration number contrary to the Motorized Snow Vehicles Act. The Motorized Snow Vehicles Act is posted online and the South Bruce OPP recommends that Snow mobile enthusiasts check the site to familiarize themselves with the law.
