The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for impaired driving in Chatham this morning.
Around 12:30 a.m. police received information regarding a possible impaired driver in the area of Bloomfield Road and Richmond Street. Officers located the vehicle and through investigation believed the man was operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The man was arrested and transported to a police station for further breath tests.
Stephen Price, 24 years, of Lakeshore Road in Rondeau Park has been charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit. He has been released pending a future court date.
