Break, Enter and Arson

On Monday, December 30, 2013 at approximately 8:50 p.m., a call was made to the London Police Service after a citizen observed two suspicious males in the neighbourhood.

Police officers attended and located two males inside an undeveloped residence on Oakcrossing Gate. Also located inside the residence were building materials that had been burned. Approximately $200 damage was caused.

The suspects had alcohol in their possession that had been stolen from a residence on Oakcrossing Road.

As a result of the investigation, two young offender males were arrested and charged with one count of break and enter and theft, and one count of break and enter and commit arson, both contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The London Police Service encourages citizens to report any suspicious activity.
