(BRANT TWP, ON) – On January 14th, 2011 at 11:35 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a complaint of an erratic driver. The suspect vehicle was located on County Road 3 in Brant Township and stopped.
The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
46 year old Steven BROWN of Port Elgin is charged with Careless driving and Possess controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in Federal Court on February 28th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
