(Montreal) Mitch KALIL (31 years of age) was arrested this evening in the city of Montreal, Quebec. KALIL was wanted by the Ottawa Police Service for the shooting that took place on the 5th of January 2014 at approximately 2:20PM.
The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs section liaised with police officers of the Service de Police de la Ville de Montreal (SPVM) North Division Guns and Gangs section in coordinating his arrest.
KALIL will be transported to the city of Ottawa to appear for a Show Cause hearing.
