A 27 year old male with No Fixed Address is in custody and being held for bail this morning after being attending business locations on St. Clair Ave. in Chatham. At one location he was observed concealing a computer tablet down his pants. Police were contacted and the now accused was arrested after being located outside the store and is now charged with Theft and Possession Under $5000.00. More property was recovered from a second location once the accused was searched.
